The dates with clear and indisputable county/HOA violations are highlighted in red and the specific time range in question is annotated with a red box on the image itself. I believe these demonstrate consistent, repetitive barking which fits the "nuisance barking" designation, so this is a record of habitual noise ordinance violations. As much as I would like to annotate the entire visible timespans which show punctuated barking every 15-30 minutes, I have conservatively annotated only those events which are clearly in excess of 30 minutes.
We define a barking "episode" (solid pink block) followed by some quiet (for example: 7 minutes of no barking) followed by more barking, as a continuous event. There are many events which end at or near 30 minutes -- these are not annotated, as that is only fair. These dates have been left to show the consistency of the noise and the essentially unmoderated nature of the animals on the property.
Ultimately, we believe the images show that the noise can be controlled (as evidenced by numerous instances of barking up to 20-25 minutes, followed by absolute silence). We have made every reasonable effort to reduce the severity of the barking, but we cannot dampen the noise, nor reduce its frequency, and it is audible from anywhere on the property (including indoors).
